Hello and welcome to all you wonderful players who would like to join our Sailor Moon RPG on EsperNet! This is your loyal GM, Amber, aka Minako talking! The form your looking at is just a simple rules shett that I and my felow GMs, ThoI and Hotaru have made out in an attempt to keep relative peace and santiy during our RPG! Read it carefully! =^.-=

1.) Absolutely no power playing of any kind whatsoever! This includes not being affected by ANY attacks, and trying to defeat your enemies with one hit. Depending on the circumstances, doing something like this might begal (for example, if your fighting a fire-based monster and you hit it with a water-based attack to defeat it completely.) but check with one of the GMs before you try this, OK?

2.) You can make up your own attacks for your characters, even if your playing one of the pre-created Sailor Scouts or Cosmic Dragons, but only three special attacks to start out with. Our characters are supposed to be the equivilent of level one when we begin, so try not to make your attacks too powerful either. As the RPG progresses, you can make up more attacks (not to mention more powerful ones.)

3.) If ya miss out on 3 planned session without a ligite excuse, your outta the RPG! There's too many players that grab vital characters, like Rei and Haruka, and then never show up for any session, and we're always short on Scouts. If you have a decent sexcuse, or you let one of the GM's know that your going to be gone ahead of time, you'll be fine.

4.) Don't kill of any chracters withough getting the GM's approval. We don't want to be in the middle of an RPG and suddenlty find Minako dying in the center of the room...�_� This doesn't include your everday monster that might wandering around, though.

5.) No obscene language and/or gestures. I don't mean no swearing; I mean keeping swearing to a minimum, and nothing too gross. You all know what I'm talking about. >)

Breaking any of these rules could result in anything from a kick to a akick of the offical channle, #Lunar_Palace, and possibly from #SailorMoon, depending on how bad the GMs decide it is. Just use common sense and you'll be fine. =)

If you plan on playing one of the pre-created Sailor Scouts or Cosmic Dragons, you can skip over this section... just make sure you read the above rules carefully, K?

This section is for players who want to make up your own characters. There's some guidelines your gonna hafta follow...

1.) Please please PLEASE get one of the GM's approval on your char before you decide to RP with him/her in an offical RPG. This means sending us this sheet, completed, with your character's info and letting us check it over first.

2.) Try not to make too many or too powerful attacks. (Yeah I should talk, I have 8 or so for each of my chars, and Hotaru has 14 for his...^^;). Remember, your can only start out with 3 attacks, and not too powerful.

3.) Also try not to make your char too far from the Sailor Moon series, or from the Cosmic Dragon characters. We're pretty lenient with this right now, but I don't know how well a reploid would fit in with a bunch of Pretty Soldiers and Dragons... ^^;

If your gonna make your own char, please fill out this sheet, or let us know what your char's stats are, be it by email or DCC or whatever. =)

*Note: If you want to make up your own Cosmic Dragon, there is some additional information that I'm going to need. Please email or contact me in some other way so I can send you this info. =)

Name: Pretty obvious. Your charater/s name. =P

Race>: Human, Dragon, Elf, Gnome, something else?

Class: IE: Warrior, Mage, Thief, Knight, ect.

Equipment: You can give your char weapons/ armor/special itmes, ect, and also aquire them as we go along. This field is optional.

*Strength: Your charater's abilty to life things, wield heavy weapons/armor, and such. Determins' how much damage you do with physical and weapon attacks.

*Stamina: Your characters endurance and ability to take damage. Determins' Hit Points, how fast/ far you can run, swim, ect., and how much damage you take when you get attacks with weapons and physical attacks.

*Intellect: The ability to think, reason, solve puzzles, and stuff like that. Determins how much damage offensice special attacks and magic will do, and how many magic points you have.

*Will: The ability to resist magic and special attacks. Determins the damage you'll take from Special and Magic Attacks, and how powerful your defensive and cureative special and magic attacks are.

*Agility: Your character's ability to run fast and how flexible they are. Determins' how often you can dodge and hit your enemy, and how fast you can react to a situation.

Special Attacks: The three special attacks your character will start with. You can add more as we get farther into the RPG.

* For Strength, Stamina, Intellect, Will, and Agility: The lowest number you can have here is 1, the highest is 30. You have 90 points to divide up among the 5 categegories, so choose wisely!
